Ruff Dog Rescue is a foster-based, non-profit, all breed dog and cat rescue. It is the goal of Ruff Dog Rescue to reduce the pet population through spay and neuter and to encourage the public to adopt--not shop! Our rescue was founded on the principle that no animal should die unwanted or unloved.
