Ruff Dog Rescue has a dedicated team of volunteers sharing the same passion and goals in our mission of dog rescue. Together, through the collaborated efforts of the RUFF CREW and countless other RDR volunteers, we coordinate rescue efforts, saving the lives of hundreds of homeless animals, most left abandoned at HIGH KILL shelters in Georgia each year.
As animal lovers, we could no longer sit by knowing how many dogs are killed simply because they are temporarily homeless or lost. Millions of HEALTHY, ADOPTABLE dogs, puppies, pregnant moms, newborns without moms and cats are killed by tax paid shelter workers every year. In response to this horrific problem, and as animal lovers we founded our 501(c)3 nonprofit dog rescue.
